Planning Meeting. Boeing will assist Buyer in the introduction of the Aircraft by providing to Buyer certain promotional support. Promptly after execution of the Agreement and before any funds are disbursed, a Boeing Airline Promotion representative will meet with Buyer's designated representatives to discuss the extent, selection, scheduling, and disbursement process for the promotion support to be provided.
Planning Meeting. Bargaining unit members will participate in a twenty-eight (28) day detachment or unit planning meeting, either in-person or by utilizing other technological means, as determined and coordinated by the supervisor. The detachment or unit will identify and prioritize detachment or unit work to determine methods, times, locations, and days off. Based on program needs, each supervisor has the authority to make final decisions necessary to plan and schedule the time, place and methods of the work to be performed by employees of his or her detachment or unit; however, supervisors will attempt to meet officers’ personal needs. The result of the meeting will be a twenty-eight (28) day detachment or unit plan that will be forwarded to the Captain for final approval. The approved plan will be forwarded to regional staff and the appropriate emergency communication center(s).

Planning Meeting. This meeting is to be held among four negotiators by June 1 of the school year concentrated negotiations will take place. Two (2) representatives shall be from the Confederation and two (2) from administration. The group should decide the following:
A. Dates for concentrated negotiations Because of the time gap between meetings and the length of the concentrated negotiations, a calendar is to be developed and made available to all participants on both negotiating teams.
Planning Meeting. Because a teacher may retire as early as age 55 and the teacher’s pension is calculated by TRS using the creditable earnings from the best four consecutive years out of the last ten before retirement, planning for retirement begins at age 50. This is also the case from the Board’s perspective because in those same years, the Board becomes subject to very expensive penalties from TRS if creditable earnings are paid to a teacher in excess of the TRS limitation. The Superintendent will initiate the planning process by January 15 of the school year in which a teacher reaches age 50. The Superintendent will provide the teacher with a retirement planning form to be completed by the teacher and returned to the Superintendent by March 1 of the same school year. The information to be provided in the form will include the number of years of creditable service the teacher has with TRS, the years of creditable service which may be available for purchase from TRS, the number of days of unused sick leave which the teacher has accumulated with other districts and the teacher’s projected retirement date if the teacher has identified such a date. By May 1 of the same school year, the teacher and the Superintendent will meet to discuss the form and questions or concerns the teacher may have about the Plan.
Planning Meeting. The evaluator shall hold a planning meeting each school term with each bargaining unit member they are or will be evaluating within the first twenty (20) school days and following the orientation meeting. If a formal observation will occur during the school term, the evaluator and bargaining unit member shall determine the week(s) of the formal observation(s) at the planning meeting.

Planning Meeting. Act | East provided financial and technical support to the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) and Cross River State Ministry of Health (SMOH) to conduct a TAS 1 Planning meeting. The meeting was held on February 1 and 2, 2023 in Calabar, Cross River State. Participants included stakeholders from the FMOH, SMOH, State Ministry of Education (SMOE), State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS). The stakeholders jointly reviewed the school calendar; identified contact details of the sampled 77 schools; developed a field itinerary and timeline; identified community gate-keepers and developed a social mobilization Plan. The TAS 1 survey will be combined with the TAS-2 survey (in 7 LGAs). • OV River Prospection: Act | East, through a consultant entomologist, conducted OV River Prospection to validate the viability of Blackfly (Simulium) breeding sites in 7 LGAs in Cross River State. The sites identified during the prospection will be included in the planned epidemiological and entomological survey to be conducted in April/May.
