Employee/Union Discussion of Grievances During Working Hours. An Employee who feels aggrieved may wish to discuss the matter with an appropriate Union representative. The Employee and the Union representative shall request permission to temporarily leave assigned duties from the immediate out-of-scope supervisor or out-of-scope designate concerned, as well as make arrangements for appropriate time and location for such discussions. Such discussions shall take place as soon as reasonably possible. Neither the Employee nor the Union representative shall suffer any loss of pay for time absent from assigned duties.
