Employee Unit Occupation. An Employee Unit shall not be occupied or otherwise used for any purpose until the Employee Unit has been sold or transferred to a Qualified Person in accordance with this Agreement. Despite this restriction, if with respect to an Employee Unit the Owner has made documented best efforts to sell the Employee Unit to a Qualified Person in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement but has been unable to sell the Employee Unit for the Maximum Price in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement on or before the date of issuance of an occupancy permit for the Employee Unit, that Employee Unit:

  • OCCUPATION To be eligible for automatic reinsurance, the insured must not be employed in an occupation as shown in the Occupation Exclusion List in Schedule A.

  • Physical/Occupational Therapy This plan covers physical and occupational therapy when: • ordered by a physician; • received from a licensed physical or occupational therapist; • a program is implemented to provide habilitative or rehabilitative services. See Autism Services when physical therapy and occupational therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder.   • Compensation for Unused Sick Leave 1. Employees who enter County service after July 1, 1979, shall not be eligible for compensation for any of their unused sick leave credits.

You may redeem Consulting Units in accordance with the applicable equivalent Unit Value in the Consulting Unit Redemption Table set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/redemptiontable and the following procedure: • Contact a Red Hat sales representative or consulting representative to request Consulting Unit redemption. • Red Hat will submit an order form to you that will describe the scope of work to be performed and number of Consulting Units required. • You will return the signed order form to Red Hat. • Upon Red Hat's review and approval, Red Hat will return a copy of the signed order form to you.

  • Unused Sick Leave The accrual of unused sick leave hours is unlimited. The City and the Union commit to the evaluation and establishment of a mutually beneficial non-use of sick leave incentive and pay-out policy. Until such time that a policy is established, accumulated sick leave shall be compensated as follows: Upon retirement from the City service, an employee shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated sick leave, with the rate of payment based upon his regular pay at the time he retires. Upon the death of an employee, his beneficiary shall be paid sixty percent (60%) of his accumulated unused sick leave, with the payment based upon his regular pay at the date of his death.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.

  • Employee Parking Fees Authority reserves the right to charge Company or its employees a reasonable and non-discriminatory parking fee based on Authority's cost of providing services and facilities for the employee parking areas provided at the Airport.   • WORKING FROM HOME 51.1. Subject to this clause, the Employer may consider the introduction of working from home arrangements. The introduction of working from home arrangements does not provide for the Employee’s primary place of work to be moved from the Employee’s headquarters/work base to the Employee’s home.

  • Final Compensation Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS prior to January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during twelve (12) consecutive months of employment. Final Compensation for an employee, who is employed by the State for the first time and becomes a member of CalPERS on or after January 15, 2011, is based on the highest average monthly pay rate during thirty-six (36) consecutive months of employment.
