Employees Called Back from Vacation. When the appropriate Employer designate makes it mandatory for an Employee to cancel prearranged vacation the Employee shall immediately notify the Employer of any prearranged vacation and associated costs. Such costs incurred as a result of the cancellation shall be reimbursed by the Employer upon submission of receipts. Employees called back from their vacation shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times their regular rate of pay for all hours so worked. Such vacation days so worked shall be rescheduled at the discretion of the Employee.
