Common use of Employees on General Leaves Clause in Contracts

Employees on General Leaves. An employee on a general leave under this article shall retain their number of personal and sick leave days, and other accrued benefits, if any, up to the date that the employee went on leave for use upon the employee’s return from leave. No additional paid leave days or other benefits shall accrue for the period that the employee is on unpaid leave.
