Employees Required to Work on Holiday. Any employee whose work schedule and assignment of duties requires him/her to work on an authorized holiday shall receive holiday pay for such work at the same rate of pay at which he/she is employed, in addition to his/her normal pay for the time worked. Normal pay shall include overtime if qualified pursuant to Article 6 of this MOU.
