EMPLOYER INITIATED TRAINING. (a) Training is an important and integral part of maintaining a successful business, generally Employees will commence employment as an Introductory Employee who shall receive on-the-job-training under a “buddy” system. (b) Employees shall undertake training as required by the Employer. Employees will teach work skills to other Employees as and when necessary. (c) The Employer will pay all costs associated with Employer initiated training whether it is formal, internal, external and/or on-the-job.
