Employer Offered Services for Fees. The Employer may offer items for employee purchase, such as but not limited to, meals, parking or classes (e.g. yoga). The Employer has the right to adjust the fees for any such goods and services offered. The Employer will provide employees thirty (30) days’ notice of any changes. The Employer may offer these items to be payroll deducted as a convenience for employees.

Employer Offered Services for Fees. The Employer may offer items for employee purchase, such as but not limited to, meals, parking or classes (e.g. yoga). The Employer has the right to adjust the fees for any such goods and services offered up to three percent (3%) in 2014, three percent (3%) in 2015 and three percent (3%) in 2016, in addition to City of Seattle parking tax (ordinance #122192) increases as they become effective. The Employer will provide employees thirty (30) days’ notice of any changes. The Employer may offer these items to be payroll deducted as a convenience for employees.
