Common use of Employer Union Relations Clause in Contracts

Employer Union Relations. 6.01 The Employer will grant Union representatives access to its premises for a specific purpose provided prior approval has been obtained. When investigating a grievance for the purpose of meeting with the Grievor or his immediate supervisor, an appointment with the grieving Employee or his immediate supervisor will be obtained through the Chief Administrative Officer.
