Employment Agencies Full. Time and Part-Time Insert the following standard language. Where the collective agreement provides otherwise and the parties cannot agree to the standard language, the existing provision will be maintained as non-standard language. Any non-standard provision related to Employment Agencies is to be continued under 13.02. Prior to enlisting the services of an employment agency, the Hospital will attempt to contact part-time staff who would normally perform the duties in question.
