EMPLOYMENT CARD. The contractor shall issue an employment card in the Form appended to these regulations to each worker on the day of work or entry into his employment. If a worker already has any such card with him issued by the previous employer, the contractor shall merely endorse that Employment Card with relevant entries. On termination of employment the Employment Card shall again be endorsed by the Contractor and returned to the worker.
