EMPLOYMENT CONTINUATION INCENTIVE. (a) Each employee shall accrue to his credit, for each week of seven (7) consecutive days of employment up to a maximum period of sixteen (16) weeks, an employment continuation incentive in the following amounts: PROJECT WAREHOUSE OR CAMP LOCATION PER WEEK (i) Between 60 degrees 0 minutes and 62 degrees 30 minutes latitude $35.00 (ii) Between 62 degrees 30 minutes and 66 degrees 23 minutes latitude $60.00 (b) (iii) Each North of 66 degrees 23 minutes latitude employee who remains on the project $75.00 from commencement of employment until job completion or layoff due to shortage of work shall be entitled to receive the employment continuation incentive which has accrued to his credit upon termination of employment.

Any employee who terminates due to bona fide illness or authentic compassionate reasons shall be entitled to the incentive which has accrued to his credit, provided that the Employer shall have the right to require substantiation of such illness or compassionate reasons from the employee or the Union. Any employee who, after eight (8) weeks of employment, is discharged for cause shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) of the incentive which has accrued to his credit.
EMPLOYMENT CONTINUATION INCENTIVE. As an incentive to Executive to continue his employment with the Company, Executive shall receive a payment of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), less tax and other customary payroll withholdings and deductions, on the first regular Company payday after Executive and the Company have signed this Agreement.

  • Benefit Continuation You and your then eligible dependents shall continue to be covered by and participate in the group health and dental care plans (collectively, “Health Plans”) of the Company (at the Company’s cost) in which you participated, or were eligible to participate, immediately prior to the Date of Termination through the end of the Benefit Continuation Period; provided, however, that any medical or dental welfare benefit otherwise receivable by you hereunder shall be reduced to the extent that you become covered under a group health or dental care plan providing comparable medical and health benefits. You shall be eligible to participate in such Health Plans on terms that are at least as favorable as those in effect immediately prior to the Date of Termination. However, in the event that the terms of the Company’s Health Plans do not permit you to participate in those plans (other than pursuant to an election under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (“COBRA”)), in lieu of your and your eligible dependent’s coverage and participation under the Company’s Health Plans, the Company shall pay to you within fifteen (15) calendar days after the effective date of the Waiver and Release a lump sum equal to two (2) times your monthly COBRA premium amount for the number of months remaining in the Benefit Continuation Period. In addition, for the purposes of coverage under COBRA, your COBRA event date will be the date of loss of coverage described in this paragraph above.

  • Benefits Continuation (a) For leaves taken pursuant to Clauses 26.01, 26.02, and 26.07, the Employer shall maintain coverage for medical, extended health, dental, group life and long term disability, and shall pay the Employer's share of these premiums.

  • Termination of Employment and Severance Benefits The Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate under the following circumstances:

  • Employment Compensation Schedule 4.16 contains a true and correct list of all employees to whom any Target is paying compensation, including bonuses and incentives, at an annual rate in excess of $100,000 for services rendered or otherwise, and, in the case of salaried employees, such list identifies the current annual rate of compensation for each employee and in the case of hourly or commission employees identifies certain reasonable ranges of rates and the number of employees falling within each such range.
