Employment Deemed Continuous for Vacation Entitlement and Health Care Plan. The service of any employee who is absent from work in accordance with this Article shall be considered continuous for the purpose of Articles 29 (Vacation entitlement) and 38 (Health Care Plan). The Employer shall continue to make payments to Health and Welfare Plans, in the same manner as if the employee were not absent.
