Common use of Employment During Unpaid Maternity Leave Clause in Contracts

Employment During Unpaid Maternity Leave. (d) Except for leave provided under Xxxxxx 34 – Partner Leave only one parent can proceed on Maternity, Adoption or Other Parent Leave at any one time. (e) Where less than the 52 weeks Adoption Leave is taken paid or unpaid, the unused portion of the leave cannot be banked or preserved in any way. (f) Unpaid Adoption Leave may be taken in more than one continuous period where the employee undertakes special temporary employment or special casual employment in accordance with the provisions at subclause 31.13 –

(e) . Where less than the 52 weeks Adoption Leave weeks’ adoption leave is taken paid or unpaid, the unused portion of the leave cannot be banked or preserved in any way. (f) Unpaid Adoption Leave may be taken in more than one continuous period where the employee undertakes special temporary employment or special casual employment in accordance with the provisions at subclause 31.13 –
