Employment Examination. Upon giving his immediate supervisor advance notice of not less than two (2) working days, an employee shall be permitted a paid absence to take an examination or participate in other District employment procedures during working hours. If less than two (2) days' notice is given by an employee, permission to participate without loss of pay is subject to approval by his/her immediate supervisor.
