Employment Rights and Reinstatement Qualifications i. After returning from a military leave of absence an employee who receives a general or honorable discharge will be eligible for re- employment. Unless Company circumstances have so changed as to make it impossible or unreasonable to do so, any employee granted a military leave will be reinstated under the following conditions:
