Military Leave of Absence definition

Military Leave of Absence means the absence of an Employee in military service for the United States of America, provided that the Employee returns to the employ of the Employer prior to the end of any period prescribed by the laws of the United States during which he has reemployment rights with the Employer.
Military Leave of Absence means a leave of absence from an Employer for a period ofqualified military service” as defined under Code Section 414(u)(5).

However, the term does include non-nuclear components of nuclear devices, managed under DOE's nuclear weapons program after all required sanitization operations under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, have been completed.

  • Intermittent Leave means leave taken in separate blocks of time due to a single qualifying reason.
