Employment Separation Date. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Employee's employment relationship with the Company will be terminated as of May 4th, 2018 (“Separation Date”) and Employee shall until such Separation Date provide services to the Company to facilitate a smooth transition. Employee claims and shall claim no further right to employment by Employer beyond the Separation Date.
Employment Separation Date a. Effective as of [●] (the “Separation Date”), Executive’s employment with the Company and engagement in any role pursuant thereto, including but not limited to serving on the Board and any committees thereof, shall end on the Separation Date. From and after the Separation Date, Executive shall have no authority and shall not represent himself as an employee or agent of the Company. This Agreement constitutes the “Separation Agreement” contemplated by Section 4(f) of the Employment Agreement.
Employment Separation Date. Employee’s employment with Adept shall cease on February 11, 2011.
Employment Separation Date. Executive acknowledges that his status as an officer and employee of the Company terminated effective November 18, 2011 (the “Termination Date”).
Employment Separation Date. Terner acknowledges that his last day of employment with Prospect is June 4, 2008 ("Employment Separation Date"). Terner also acknowledges that he will perform no further duties, functions, services, or work for Prospect or its subsidiaries, as an employee, director or in any other capacity, subsequent to the Employment Separation Date. On the Employment Separation Date, Prospect will issue to Terner his final paycheck, representing all wages, compensation, accrued and unused vacation to which he is entitled. Terner acknowledges and agrees that except for the amounts due to him in his final paycheck, he has received all monies, bonuses, compensation, remuneration he earned or was due through the Employment Separation Date.
Employment Separation Date. Employee's employment relationship with the Company will be or has been terminated as of the Separation Date. Employee claims and shall claim no further right to employment by Employer beyond the Separation Date. Employee understands and agrees that the terms contained in the Agreement are offered by the Company contingent upon Employee’s resignation from his position as a Director on Employer's Board of Directors, effective at the pleasure of the Board, as well as any and all other director, officer and managerial positions he holds with any of the subsidiaries of the Company. If Employee fails to execute and hand-deliver a Letter of Resignation, in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement, to Xxxx X. Xxxxxx, Executive V.P. and General Counsel, by 6:00 p.m. Pacific time December 12, 2015, the terms offered in this Agreement are null and void.
Employment Separation Date. Executive’s employment with Company ended at the close of business on December 31, 2023 (“Separation Date”).
Employment Separation Date. Executive's last day of active work as a TIMET employee will be February 4, 2000. On such date, Executive shall resign from each position as an officer of the Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Executive agrees, if requested, to execute and deliver to the Company a written resignation evidencing the foregoing.
Employment Separation Date. Mx. Xxxxxx’x separation from employment of all positions he holds with Employer shall be effective on December 31, 2006, at which time Mx. Xxxxxx’x entitlement to and eligibility for all forms of compensation and benefits from Employer, including but not limited to salary, stock and stock options, vacation, leave time, and bonuses shall cease except to the extent provided by this Agreement (“Separation Date”). Mx. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that effective December 1, 2006 he will relinquish authority over the Southeast Region to his successor, and that for the period of December 1 through December 31, 2006 he will assist in the transition of Region management to his successor for which he will be paid only his base salary and existing employee benefits for which he is eligible and no other form of compensation from Employer.
Employment Separation Date. In the event that Executive's employment with -------------------------- the Company either (i) is involuntarily terminated without Cause or (ii) is voluntarily terminated for Good Reason within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control Event, then the date of such termination shall be the "Employment Separation Date" for purposes of this Agreement.
