EMPLOYMENT STATUS DEFINED. A. The Employer and the Union recognize four (4) general categories of employees. Bargaining unit work shall be performed only by Employees in one of the four following categories: 1. Full-time: An employee who is employed at least thirty (30) hours or more per week during the normal academic school year.
