End User Violations. You will be deemed to have taken any action that you permit, assist or facilitate any person or entity to take related to the Agreement, Your Content or use of the Service Offerings, including by End Users. You are responsible for End Users’ use of Your Content and the Service Offerings. You will ensure that all End Users comply with your obligations under the Agreement and that the terms of your agreement with each End User are consistent with the Agreement. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations under the Agreement by an End User, you will immediately terminate such End User’s access to Your Content and the Service Offerings.
End User Violations. Customer is responsible for End Users’ use of Customer Content and the Service Offerings. Customer will ensure that all End Users comply with Customer’s obligations under this Agreement and that the terms of its agreement with each End User are consistent with this Agreement. If Customer becomes aware of any violation of its obligations under this Agreement by an End User, Customer will immediately terminate such End User's access to Customer Content and the Service Offerings.
End User Violations. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations under this Access Policy by an End User, you will immediately terminate such End User's access to Your Materials and the Services.

You will ensure that any End User complies with your obligations in this Agreement and that the terms of your agreement with any End User are consistent with this Agreement.

Client shall ensure that all Authorized Users use the Services in accordance with the Agreement and be responsible for any breach of the Agreement by such Users and all activities that occur under Client’s and its users’ accounts. If Client becomes aware of any violation by a user, it will immediately terminate such User access to the Customer Data and/or the Services.

If You become aware of any violation of your obligations under this Agreement by an End User, You will immediately terminate such End User’s access to your User Content and the Shopgate Connect Platform.

You are responsible for End Users’ use of Your Materials and the Services. You will ensure that all End Users comply with your obligations under these License Terms and that the terms of your agreement with each End User are consistent with these License Terms. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations under these License Terms by an End User, you will immediately terminate such End User’s access to Your Materials and the Services.

You are responsible for End Users’ use of your Content and the Service Offerings. You will ensure that all End Users comply with your obligations under this MSA. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations under this MSA by an End User, you will immediately terminate such End User’s access to Your Content and the affected Service Offerings.
End User Violations. You will be deemed to have taken any action that you permit, assist or facilitate any individual or entity to take related to the agreement, your data/content or use of the services. You are responsible for end users’ use of your account, data, content and the services. You will ensure that all end users comply with your obligations under the agreement and that the terms of your agreement with each end user are consistent with the agreement. If you become aware of any violation of your obligations under the agreement by an end user, you will immediately terminate such end user’s access to your account, data, content and the services. You agree to: (a) use reasonable security precautions in light of your use of the Services; (b) cooperate with HSPL's reasonable investigation of outages, security problems, and any suspected breach of the agreement; (c) immediately notify HSPL of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
