Common use of Enrolled Nurses and Aged Care Classifications Clause in Contracts

Enrolled Nurses and Aged Care Classifications. (a) Any Enrolled Nurse or HASA Employee who works on a day referred to in accordance with Clauses 58.1 to 58.4 above shall be entitled to be paid double time and a half for the time worked.

Enrolled Nurses and Aged Care Classifications. (a) Any Enrolled Nurse or HASA Employee who works on a day referred to in accordance with Clauses 58.1 to 58.4 above shall be entitled to be paid double time and a half for the time worked. A casual Enrolled Nurse or Aged Care Employee shall be paid 175% (including the 25% casual loading) for the time worked.

Enrolled Nurses and Aged Care Classifications. (a) Any Enrolled Nurse or HASA Employee who works on a day referred to in accordance with Clauses 58.1 60.1 to 58.4 60.4 above shall be entitled to be paid double time and a half for the time worked. A casual Enrolled Nurse shall be paid 250% and a HASA employee 275% for all time worked on a public holiday (including the 25% casual loading).

A casual Enrolled Nurse or HASA Employee shall be paid in accordance with the tables described at clause 27.7 (b) and clause 46 for Overtime as relevant.

A casual Enrolled Nurse shall be paid 200% (including the 25% casual loading) and a HASA Employee 250% (including the 25% casual loading) for the time worked.

A casual Enrolled Nurse shall be paid 200% for the time worked and a casual HASA employee shall be paid 250% for the time worked (including the 25% casual loading in both cases).

A casual Enrolled Nurse or HASA Employee shall be paid in accordance with the tables described at clause 27.6 (b) and clause 46 for Overtime as relevant.

Rates for casual ENs and HASA employees are setout in clause 25.7.

A casual Enrolled Nurse or Aged Care Employee shall be paid in accordance with the tables described at clause 27.7 (c) and for Overtime in accordance with the tables described at clause 46 as relevant for the time worked.
