Consultation and Information. (a) The Employer will use its best endeavours to consult with an employee on long service leave if there is any proposed change to the classification, pay, hours or location of the employee who is on long service leave, including the provision of information and the opportunity to discuss the impacts of the proposal.
(b) If an employee proposes to reduce their hours of work they will be given information about the potential impact on their long service leave entitlement before such reduction in hours is agreed to and takes effect.
Consultation and Information. 7.7.1 We will consult with Secure tenants about any changes we want to make to their Tenancy agreement. Under sections 102 and 103 of the Housing Xxx 0000, we may change any of the conditions of this Tenancy agreement. The Act sets out a procedure we must follow when making any changes.
Consultation and Information. The Operator shall freely consult with the Parties and keep them informed of matters concern- ing the Joint Operations. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Operator shall:
(a) advise all Parties of circumstances that may warrant the taking out of insurance ei- ther for the Joint Account or for the Parties individually;
(b) inform each Party of all logging, coring and testing operations with such advance no- xxxx as shall allow each Party subject to section 3.15.3(b) to have one (1) or more rep- resentatives present on location during the conduct of such operations;
(c) provide each Party with copies of all seismic data, well logs and core analyses and with such engineering, geological, geophysical, technical and other data and infor- mation relating to the Joint Operations as each Party may reasonably request;
(d) give each Party full access to examine all cores, including sidewall cores, cuttings and well-samples - such material after analysis to be stored in Denmark;
(e) store materials as mentioned under (d) as well as other samples and data for a peri- od to be decided by the Operating Committee, and before disposing thereof, offer The Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland the right to acquire the same free of charge; and
(f) consult on such other matters and provide the Parties with such other information relating to the Joint Operations as the Operating Committee may decide.

(i) inform each Party of all logging, coring, testing and, in addition, such other information concerning the Joint Operations as the Operating Committee may decide, with such advance notice as is practicable in the circumstances, so that each Party may, subject to Article 6.3, have a representative present on location during the conduct of such operations; and
(ii) provide each Party with copies of all well logs and core analyses and sample fluids for pre-production assay tests and such engineering, geological, geophysical and technical data and such further data and information relating to the Joint Operations as the Operating Committee may decide and, at the sole cost of the Party requesting the same, provide such Party with such additional data and information as such Party may reasonably request.

7.7.2 You have the right to be consulted over any major changes in housing management, maintenance and Improvement works affecting your Property and your Tenancy. We will consider your views, including carrying out any statutory consultation, before putting the changes into effect.
7.7.3 You have the right to manage your neighbourhood, subject to certain criteria. Tenant management organisations (TMOs) can take on responsibilities for housing management provided they have followed the appropriate regulations and guidance. Please contact the Housing Service for more information about this.
7.7.4 You have the right to information from us about the terms of this Tenancy and about our repairing obligations, our policies and procedures on tenant consultation, housing allocation transfers and our performance as a Landlord.
Consultation and Information. 1. The Parties shall consult each other regularly in order to coordinate their activities to the fullest extent. Each Party shall inform the other of any initiatives within its own decision- making process, in the fields of cooperation under Article 3, which may be of interest to the other Party.
2. The Parties shall exchange all information at their disposal which may be required for the implementation of this Agreement, subject to their respective rules.
3. Except when otherwise provided, the Parties shall not disclose any information exchanged in connection with this Agreement to any persons other than those employed by them or officially entitled to handle such information nor shall they use it for commercial purposes. Such disclosure shall extend only so far as may be necessary for the purpose of this Agree- ment set out in Article 1 and shall be in strict confidence.
Consultation and Information. 6.9.1 The Operator shall freely consult with the Participants and keep them informed of matters concerning the Joint Operations.
6.9.2 Without prejudice to the generality of clause 6.9.1, the Operator shall:-
(a) inform each Participant of all logging, coring, testing and such other Joint Operations as the Joint Operating Committee may decide with such advance notice as is practicable in the circumstances, so that each Participant may, subject to clause 7.3, have one or more representatives present on location during the conduct of such operations;
(b) subject to the terms of any contract under which they were procured, promptly provide each Participant with any and all data and interpretations of data including but not limited to, seismic data, access to core samples, copies of all well logs and core analyses and with such other data and information relating to Joint Operations (including but not limited to, engineering, geological, geophysical and technical data) as the Joint Operating Committee may decide and in addition, at the sole cost of the Participant requesting same, such additional data and information as such Participant may reasonably request; and
(c) inform each Participant on a timely basis of the activities of any land agent appointed in furtherance of Joint Operations and provide a regular report of such agent's dealings with landowners, local communities and other interested parties, with particular reference to matters of an environmental or planning nature
