Enrollment timeline and procedures. Aspen View Academy may establish its own enrollment timeline and procedures subject to the following conditions: • Aspen View Academy shall make clear through the website that any student residing in Colorado may apply, although admission is based on Priority Enrollment. • The lottery shall be held no earlier than December 1st of the coming year for which enrollment is being selected. • Based on space availability, Aspen View Academy shall continue to accept students from its wait list after the deadline for the lottery up until the statewide Pupil Enrollment Count date. The count date is usually around October 1, however, the exact date changes each year. • Aspen View Academy may accept students after the statewide Pupil Enrollment Count date at its discretion following the District’s student transfer process.
Enrollment timeline and procedures. Animas High School will hold a lottery in order to identify admitted students and prioritize the waiting list. The lottery will be held on March 1st. After capacity has been reached for the each grade, names shall be randomly placed in a grade level waiting list. As space becomes available, Animas High School will notify applicants that they have the option of enrolling at the school. The letter will give the applicant at least five full business days from receipt of the letter to notify the Head of School or Administrative Assistant, verbally or in writing, of the applicant's intentions. In the absence of an affirmative and timely response by phone or letter, the school will eliminate the applicant from the list and proceed to notify the next applicant from the waiting list. Students will be admitted off the waiting list only until October 1 of each year, in order to ensure that all graduates of Animas High School have experienced the full value of the school’s academic program. All waiting lists expire annually at the end of the school's formal academic year, or as otherwise determined by the Board.
Enrollment timeline and procedures. If needed, the school’s first lottery will take place by April 15, 2014. Thereafter, the lottery will take place in April of each year. A public official of Glenwood Springs will draw the lottery. After the lottery, all applicants will be notified via phone, email and mail of their status. Students that are not accepted via the lottery will be placed on a wait list in the order they were drawn. Families will have three (3) business days to respond to the lottery call notification. Wait list Applicants who are not accepted for admission into TRCS will be placed on a wait list. Applicants qualifying for first priority enrollment will be placed at the top of the wait list in the order that TRCS receives their applications. Applicants who went through a lottery selection shall be prioritized by the date of the lottery after the first priority applicants. The wait list will be active only for the school year for which the application was submitted and shall not carry forward to subsequent school years.

An eligible employee as defined by Blue Cross and Blue Shield means: • A permanent full-time employee regularly working 30 hours or more each week at the employer’s usual place(s) of business and who is paid a salary or wage in accordance with state and federal wage requirements; or • A permanent part-time employee regularly working at least 20 hours but less than 30 hours each week at the employer’s usual place(s) of business and who is paid a salary or wage in accordance with state and federal wage requirements; or • A disabled permanent full-time or part-time employee who is actively working despite the disability (including one who is engaged in a trial work period) and a disabled employee who is not actively working but whom the employer treats as an employee; or • A former employee (or a former covered dependent of the employee of the group) who qualifies for continued group coverage under federal or state law, but only if the employer maintains Blue Cross and Blue Shield group coverage for permanent full-time employees as defined in (a) above; or • A retired employee of the employer. Enrollment of a Member Newly hired employees who are eligible for group benefits can enroll in the benefits plan according to your eligibility requirements for coverage, provided that your requirements comply with Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s eligibility and enrollment requirements. The effective date of an eligible employee’s (or his or her dependent’s) membership in the benefits plan may be the Member’s initial eligibility date or your subsequent anniversary/renewal date, as long as: (a) Blue Cross and Blue Shield receives your written notice no later than 30 days after the Member’s enrollment notification period applicable to membership modifications (as described in the Subscriber Certificate for your benefits plan); and (b) you pay the applicable premium charges.
