Time Off for Elections Employees shall be allowed four (4) consecutive hours off before the closing of the polls in any Federal, Provincial, or Municipal election or referendum.
Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan 9.9.1 The College agrees to implement a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan for participation by employees. For regular employees who wish to participate in the Plan, the College agrees to contribute the total amount of the annual contribution by the fifteenth of the first month of the Benefit Year. Disqualification of Former Employees GRANTEE is familiar with the provisions relating to the disqualification of former officers and employees of CITY in matters which are connected with former duties or official responsibilities as set forth in Chapter 12.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code (“Revolving Door Ordinance”).
