Entitlement Schedule. i. Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to annual paid vacation at their regular rate of pay based on the number of years of service at June 30, in accordance with the following table, subject to Article 16.04(b): Length of Continuous Service as at June 30th Entitlement Employees in Classifications 4-10 Grandparented Employees & Employees in Classifications 2&3 10 months or less 1 day for each full month of service 1 day for each full month of service over 4 years 3 weeks 3 weeks over 10 years 4 weeks 3 weeks over 18 years 5 weeks 4 weeks over 30 years 6 weeks 5 weeks
