Entitlement to Overtime Compensation. An employee is entitled to overtime compensation under clauses 26.04, and 26.05 for each completed period of fifteen (15) minutes of overtime worked by her: (a) when the overtime work is authorized in advance by the Corporation or is in accordance with standard operating instructions; (b) when the employee does not control the duration of the overtime work.
