Entitlement to Unpaid Medical Leave. A Licensed Educational Interpreter shall be entitled to an unpaid medical leave due to personal illness, disability (including maternity), or for serious illness in the immediate family. Nothing in this article shall limit a Licensed Educational Interpreter's rights under the federal Family Medical Leave Act.
