Entry by Sublessor. Subject to the requirements of the Master Lease and any security measure of Sublessee, Sublessor reserves and shall at any and all times (within ordinary business hours, except in the case of emergency) upon not less than 48 hours' notice have the right to enter the Premises to inspect the same, to post notices of nonresponsibility, or (during the last nine (9) months of the Term) to show the Premises to prospective subtenants, or in the event of Sublessee's default with respect thereto, to perform any obligation of Sublessor as Tenant under the Lease relating to the use, maintenance or repair of the Premises. In the event that Sublessee shall not provide Sublessor with a key to the Premises, Sublessee waives any claims for damages resulting directly from Sublessor's use of force to enter the Premises in the event of an emergency. Sublessee waives any claim for damages for any injury or inconvenience to or interference with Sublessee's business, any loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Premises, and any other loss occasioned by such entry, except to the extent caused by the negligence of Sublessor, its agents or employees, provided that the entrance to the Premises shall not be blocked thereby and further provided that the business of Sublessee shall not be interfered with unreasonably. Except in the case of emergency, Sublessor shall give Sublessee reasonable prior notice of any intended entry of the Premises by Sublessor, and shall obtain the permission of an officer of Sublessee (which permission shall not be unreasonably withheld). Sublessee shall have the right to have a representative present during any entry into the Premises. Any entry to the Premises by Sublessor pursuant to this Section 15 shall not under any circumstances be construed or deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into or a detainer of the Premises or an eviction of Sublessee from the Premises or any portion thereof.

Entry by Sublessor. As to Sublessee, Sublessor shall have the same right of entry, under the same conditions, and subject to the same obligations of notice from Master Lessor to Sublessor, as Master Lessor has pursuant to Section 18 of the Master Lease.

Entry by Sublessor. Sublessee shall permit Sublessor and its agents to enter the Sublease Premises at any reasonable time during business hours (i.e., between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) for the purpose of inspecting the same or posting a notice of non-responsibility for alterations, additions or repairs, provided that Sublessor provides at least twenty-four (24) hours prior notice (except that no notice shall be required in the case of emergency).
Entry by Sublessor. Sublessor, Master Lessor, its agents, contractors and representatives may enter the Sublease Premises to inspect or show the Sublease Premises, to clean and make repairs, alterations or additions to the Sublease Premises, and to conduct or facilitate repairs, alterations, or additions to any portion of the Building, including other sublessee’s premises after giving Sublessee reasonable notice thereof and allowing a representative of Tenant to accompany Sublessor and such third parties. Except in emergencies or to provide janitorial and other routine Building services (which do not require prior notice to Sublessee and may occur at any time), Sublessor shall enter the Sublease Premises only during Normal Business Hours and with reasonable prior notice.
Entry by Sublessor. SUBLESSEE agrees that SUBLESSOR’s and LESSOR’s representatives shall have the right to enter all parts of the Premises at all reasonable hours to inspect, test, clean, make repairs, alterations and additions to the Premises that SUBLESSOR or LESSOR, as applicable, may deem necessary or desirable or to provide any service which it or LESSOR, as applicable, is obligated to furnish to the Premises.

In connection with any such entry, Sublessor will use reasonable efforts not to disrupt or interfere with the normal operations of Sublessee's business.
