EPI Eligibility a. To be eligible for an EPI, the employee’s overall performance must have been satisfactory for the previous three (3) years, as evidenced by an overall performance evaluation rating of satisfactory or better, and have no disciplinary actions received in the past three (3) years which remain in the personnel file.
