Equipment Committee. The Equipment Committee shall be comprised of two (2) Operator representatives, two (2) Management representatives, and one (1) Mechanic. This committee shall meet bi-annually at a mutually agreeable time, to review vehicle specifications before the Corporation issues a purchase order to purchase new vehicles.
