Equipment Operator and Truck Driver Premium. Those employees within the Truck Driver II or Truck Driver III classifications who are performing sanding or speed plow duties shall be paid a premium of $1.00 per hour while performing such work. Those employees within the Equipment Operator III classification who are performing grading duties with a wing attachment shall be paid a premium of $1.00 per hour) while performing such work.
