Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.
Allocation of Profits and Losses Distributions Profits/Losses. For financial accounting and tax purposes, the Company's net profits or net losses shall be determined on an annual basis and shall be allocated to the Members in proportion to each Member's relative capital interest in the Company as set forth in Schedule 2 as amended from time to time in accordance with U.S. Department of the Treasury Regulation 1.704-1.
Distribution of Financial Contribution The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.

Leave Without Pay for Relocation of Spouse (a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay for a period of up to one (1) year shall be granted to an employee whose spouse is permanently relocated and up to five (5) years to an employee whose spouse is temporarily relocated.
Distribution of Funds Deliver (i) to Seller, or order, the cash portion of the Purchase Price, adjusted for prorations, charges and other credits and debits provided for herein; and (ii) to Buyer, or order, any excess funds delivered to Escrow Agent by Buyer. Distribution of Overtime Overtime shall be distributed as equally as feasible among qualified employees customarily performing the kind of work required, and currently assigned to the work unit in which the overtime is to be worked. When the assignment of overtime work causes an unusual burden upon the employee, the employee shall not be required to work overtime unless the absence would cause the Agency to be unable to meet its responsibilities.
