EEIs will be defined and addressed as soon at the response begins, using Appendix 6 - EEI Requirements. HCPH will include a list of the current EEIs with the completed ICS 201 form and with each IAP. This list will be reviewed during IAP development and refined for each operational period. At a minimum, the IC/AC, Public Information Officer (XXX), Planning lead, and Operations lead will contribute to this refinement.
