Demobilization of Resources. The responding resources shall return to respective jurisdiction after completion of task assignment(s) within the incident organizational structure and incident debrief.
Demobilization of Resources. Once the response has been scaled down, any remaining assets or equipment used during the incident will be returned to their place of origin. Upon demobilization and recovery of the HCPH asset or resource used in an incident, a full accountability of equipment returning to HCPH will be done. The asset will be inventoried and matched against the asset tag, and serial number, then inspected for damage, serviceability and cleanliness. If all equipment serviceability and cleanliness requirements are met, the assets or resource will be returned to normal service. This can be done using the ICS Form 221 Demobilization Check-Out Form. • If the equipment deployed is lost, damaged or does not meet serviceability requirements, the HCPH incident lead, or designee and stakeholder, or equipment custodian will collaborate with the Health Commissioner or the Finance Director to determine the next steps in the reconditioning of the asset, salvage or the purchase of a replacement item. The costs for reconditioning and or replacement of the item will be included in the post-incident cost recovery process.

When RPH/SCHD shares an asset or resource used in an incident, a full accounting of it will be completed by the logistics chief or designee. The asset will be inventoried using its serial number, then inspected for damage, serviceability and cleanliness. If all equipment serviceability and cleanliness requirements are met, the asset or resource will be transferred to its appropriate storage place and/or returned to normal service. If the equipment deployed is lost, damaged or does not meet serviceability requirements, the RPH/SCHD incident lead, or designee and stakeholder will collaborate with the RPH/SCHD Health Commissioner to determine the next steps in reconditioning, salvaging or the purchase of a replacement. The costs for reconditioning and/or replacing items will be included in the post-incident cost recovery process.
Demobilization of Resources. The equipment and personnel of the Providing Agency shall be released from service and returned to the responding district by the commanding officer in charge of the operations as soon as conditions may warrant.
