Establish Design Criteria. Based on the kick-off meeting, site visits, existing City standards and recently completed stations, review and establish design criteria for the project. Establish design criteria with respect to station firm capacity, equipment selection, instrumentation and controls, site access needs, station appurtenances, site amenities, and other relocated station functions and features.
