Public Outreach Support. Objectives: Activities:
1. Prepare meeting materials and attend Public Meeting #1. Public Meeting #1 will be held upon the conclusion of Task 5 with the primary goal of presenting the Preferred Improvement Area and the work completed to arrive at that milestone.
2. Prepare for and attend Public Meeting #2. Public Meeting #2 will be held at the conclusion of Task 6 with the primary goal of presenting the developed and recommended alternatives. • City will lead all public outreach efforts and meetings. • Public outreach meetings be two (2) hours in duration and will be attended by the HDR Project Manager. • Materials for the public hearings will include a brief (10-15 minute) PowerPoint presentation detailing project goals, process, work completed to date, preliminary findings, and next steps. In addition, up to four (4), 24”x36” poster board exhibits may be developed for use at the meetings. • HDR Project Manager will be available to answer questions from the public • City will be responsible for developing meeting agenda and logging official meeting minutes. • Logistics for meeting space, invitations and notices will be coordinated by City staff. • City will provide audio visual equipment for presentations. • Preparation for and attendance at meetings. • Meeting materials and poster board exhibits for each meeting. Schedule The drainage study will be will be completed within approximately twelve (12) months of notice to proceed. A detailed project schedule is attached assuming that NTP will be issued on April 27, 2016. Public Outreach Support. Support the City in their public outreach efforts by participating in public meetings and providing supporting materials for meeting exhibits and project mailers.

1. Consultant assumes a Notice to Proceed date by end of October 2019.
2. Project duration will be 14 months.
3. It is anticipated that up to 15 project meetings will be conducted with the City’s project manager during the initial phases of the project through final design.
4. It is anticipated that the Consultant will participate in two public meetings and supporting materials will be based on existing design drawings with minor edits. Task 2 Design Criteria/Concept Development To review existing pump station data and develop design criteria for the proposed pump station improvements. Develop concepts for pump station improvements and review with City staff.
Public Outreach Support o Attend meetings and prepare engineering exhibits in support of the City’s Bus Stop Improvements efforts. Estimated attendance at up to four (4) meetings.
