Estimates of Quantities. The Contractor is advised that quantities referenced herein are estimates only and that actual quantities may vary widely from estimates given herein. Estimates given are based on previous experience and not on completed surveys. The Commissioner reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities estimated herein. Actual quantities may be more or less, than that noted on the bid schedule and if so, no claims for damage or loss of profit shall accrue to the Contractor by reason thereof.

Estimates of Quantities. Estimates of quantities provided under this Agreement are not intended to be, nor should they be considered to be, precise. The estimate will be performed pursuant to generally accepted standards of professional practice in effect at the time of performance.

  • Quantities The estimated quantities provided by the City are not guaranteed. These quantities are listed for informational purposes only. Quantities vary depending on the demands of the City.   • Product Specifications The Company agrees that all Products sold to Xxxx hereunder shall conform to the respective specifications set forth on Schedule A or to such other specifications as are from time to time agreed upon by the Parties.
