The Consultant undertakes to read the RWI Ethical Code of Conduct (available on RWI’s website: xxxxx://xxx.xx.xx/app/uploads/2013/03/Ethical-Code-of-Conduct-amended-11-March-2013.pdf), and abide by the Guidelines in all relevant parts. Declaration and Duty to Inform By signing this Contract, the Grantee declares not to have been, or be subject, to any international sanctions or restrictive measures with which RWI is required to comply according to Swedish law. Xxxxxxx also acknowledges the duty to inform RWI should the Grantee become subject to any such sanctions or restrictive measures. Grantee shall also during the Contract period inform RWI about changes, deviations and events that could be of importance for the RWI’s relationship with the Grantee and the implementation of this Contract. Such changes include anticipated deviations from the attached Terms of Reference, or developments otherwise endangering or unfavourably affecting the Contract objectives. Intellectual property rights The Grantee shall be the sole owner of all work, materials and other results (the Result) generated through the project, including the sole owner of any intellectual property right thereto. RWI has the right to free of charge use all reports and documents derived from the project, regardless of their form. The Grantee is entitled to use the Result and any data collected for this research in academic studies on the condition that Xxxxxxx mentions that the research undertaken was sponsored by RWI. The Grantee undertakes to hold RWI harmless against any claims from third parties claiming to own (parts of) the Result.
