COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. The Prime Consultant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal legislation.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. In carrying out the project or program funded by this grant the Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable legislation including federal and provincial laws and municipal bylaws, and including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, federal and provincial human rights legislation, and applicable employment legislation. • Failure to comply with the condition set forth in this paragraph shall constitute default and the Community Foundation shall have no further obligation to provide any balance of the grant and the Community Foundation shall also have the right to reclaim in its entirety all grant advances forwarded to the Grantee in connection with this grant.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. The Masters Creek Owner agrees that the Water System Works are, at its cost, together with the cost of the Watermark Subdivision Owner, to be designed, constructed and installed in compliance with all applicable legislation in the performance of the obligations contemplated by this Agreement.

The Companies have always complied with and comply in all material respects with all applicable Laws, regulations, rules, instructions, and judicial, arbitral or administrative decisions and orders, including with respect to their customers (students), consumers, suppliers, and competitors.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. 9.1 The Company's records (other than accounting records), systems, controls, data or information recorded, stored, maintained, operated or otherwise dependent upon or held by any means (including any electronicprocess whether computerised or not), including all means of access thereto and therefrom, are under the exclusive ownership and direct control of the Company and there has been no breach of any service or maintenance contract relevant to any such electronic equipment whereby any person or body providing services or maintenance thereunder may have the right to terminate such service or maintenance contract.
