Common use of Evaluation Committee Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Committee. An evaluation Committee comprised of three (3) representatives selected by the Superintendent and three (3) representatives selected by Okeechobee County Education Association #1604 shall be established to review and make recommendations regarding evaluation procedures, including but not limited to those contained in this Article, for instructional personnel. All recommendations made by the Committee shall be submitted to the parties’ respective bargaining teams for consideration.
