Common use of Evaluation Committee Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Committee. The Association and the Board agree to establish an evaluation committee for the purpose of reviewing the policy and procedures for the OTES evaluation of bargaining unit members in the district and make all necessary recommendations to the Board of Education for approval.
