EVALUATION DEFINITIONS. A. Acceptable Performance requirements contained in Categories I, II, and III are met. The number of indicators specified for each standard of the Job Performance Competencies (Category I) are rated as acceptable. Additionally, the overall Performance Related to Job Targets (Category II) must be rated as "completed" or “progress has been demonstrated.” Agreed- upon Professional Growth Targets (Category III) shall be rated either "completed" or "in progress."
