Permanent Unit Member. Permanent unit member refers to any unit member working who has completed her/his probationary period which shall not exceed two (2) years from start date.
Permanent Unit Member. 6 A. Each permanent unit member shall be evaluated at least once 7 annually prior to June 1st.
8 B. Supervising managers may designate appropriate classified 9 management or administrative personnel to make evaluations.
10 C. Unit members shall be informed in writing of their designated 11 evaluator by September 30th of each school year. Unit members 12 shall be notified in writing of any changes in evaluators; however, 13 all evaluators shall have knowledge of the employee’s job 14 description and duties.
15 D. A written evaluation shall be on the appropriate District forms and 16 an evaluation conference shall be scheduled between the unit 17 member and the evaluator to discuss the completed evaluation.
Permanent Unit Member. 2 a. Permanent unit members with fewer than ten years of experience in the 3 District shall be evaluated at least every other year.
4 b. Permanent unit members with ten years or more experience in the District 5 who have received only H’s and/or O’s on the two previous evaluations 6 shall be evaluated at least every three (3) years if the evaluator and
Permanent Unit Member. A full‐time permanent Unit Member is a certificated Unit Member who has served the required probationary period and achieved permanent status.
Permanent Unit Member. Each person who has served as a probationary unit member and has been has recommended for regular status shall be classified as a permanent employee or have his/her employment terminated. Permanent employees shall be dismissed during the employment period for cause only (see grounds for dismissal Policy). 4.
