Common use of Evaluation Frequency Clause in Contracts

Evaluation Frequency. Evaluation and assessment of the performance of teachers shall be made on a continuing basis as follows: a. At least once each school year for probationary personnel. b. At least every other year for personnel with permanent status. c. At least every 3 years for personnel with permanent status who have been employed at least 10 Years with the school district, are highly qualified, and whose previous evaluation rated the employee as “Meets Standard”, if the evaluator and teacher being evaluated agree. The teacher or the evaluator may withdraw consent at any time.
