Evaluation of Non-Certified Staff. On a yearly basis, appropriately certified supervisory/administrative personnel shall conduct at least two (2) evaluations of all non-tenured, non-certified employees. These evaluations will be due on December 31 and March 31 of the school year. All tenured, non-certified employees shall receive one (1) written evaluation per year, which shall be conducted by an appropriately certified member of the supervisory/administrative staff. This annual evaluation shall be completed on or before March 31 of the school year.

  • Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender.   • Evaluation of Contractor Performance of the Contractor under this Agreement will be evaluated. The evaluation shall be prepared on Contract/Contractor Evaluation Sheet (STD 4), and maintained in the Agreement file. For consultant agreements, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, if it is negative and over $5,000.

  • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
