Evaluation of Post-Tenure Review Professional Development Plan Activities. By September 15 of the year following completion of the post-tenure review professional development plan, the tenured unit member shall submit to the Chief Academic Officer a statement of his/her accomplishments/activities completed pursuant to the post-tenure review professional development plan and any and all documentation relevant in evaluating his/her accomplishments/activities pursuant to the post-tenure review professional development plan. A copy of these materials along with the original post-tenure review professional development plan will be placed in the tenured unit member’s personnel file.
