Evaluation of Sro. In furtherance of its evaluation of the Program, the District may conduct an annual evaluation of the performance of the SRO. The evaluation will be conducted by the District’s Safety and Security department or designee. The evaluation will be based on solicited feedback relating to observations of the SRO interactions with the students; the relationship with the school community and leadership; and whether the SRO has adhered to the value of equity in performance of the services. The District’s Safety and Security Department may gather feedback from School Administration at both the District and school level and may conduct a school-wide survey to the extent practicable. All data received in an evaluation will be compiled into a report that the Safety and Security Department shall review with the SRO. Any evaluation report shall be submitted to the Chief.

  • Finalization of Evaluation A Written Report 1 Before the evaluation cycle is final, and not later than May 10, a copy of the formal written evaluation report shall be given to the teacher and a conference shall be held between the teacher and the evaluator.

  • Evaluation of Contractor Performance of the Contractor under this Agreement will be evaluated. The evaluation shall be prepared on Contract/Contractor Evaluation Sheet (STD 4), and maintained in the Agreement file. For consultant agreements, a copy of the evaluation will be sent to the Department of General Services, Office of Legal Services, if it is negative and over $5,000.

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Evaluation of Tenders 33.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the criteria and methodologies listed in this ITT and Section III, Evaluation and Qualification criteria. No other evaluation criteria or methodologies shall be permitted. By applying the criteria and methodologies, the Procuring Entity shall determine the Lowest Evaluated Tender.
