EW - Seniority Defined. Seniority shall mean an employee’s continuous length of service with the Employer from most recent date of regular hire. Seniority benefits shall not apply to an employee until completion of the required probationary period. Upon satisfactory completion of this probationary period, the employee shall be credited with seniority from most recent date of regular hire.
