Excerpts. Except for material utilized by Licensee in the form delivered to Licensee by Licensor, Licensee shall not utilize or authorize the utilization of, for advertising, publicity or promotional purposes, excerpts from any Included Program which because of their length, or for any other reason by virtue of their exhibition, would cause an additional payment to any person pursuant to the provisions of the SAG Basic Agreement or any other collective bargaining or third party agreement Licensor notifies Licensee is applicable to the Included Program.
Excerpts. Rights Holder will provide Babelcube a verbatim excerpt of the Translated Book not exceeding 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer. During the Distribution Period, Babelcube will have the right to use, reproduce, display and distribute such excerpt or any other excerpts from the Translated Book in any media now known or hereafter invented for purposes of advertising and promoting the Translated Book and the Babelcube service. Any such excerpts will not exceed 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer, and will be a verbatim excerpt from the Translated Book (each, a "Babelcube Excerpt").

Excerpts. MotherNature shall have the right to use, reproduce, -------- have reproduced, display, and transmit Excerpts on the Internet Site, provided that each Excerpt shall:
(i) Identify the name of the Book from which such Excerpts is extracted; and
(ii) Contain a click-to-buy feature as set forth in Section 3.4(ii), hereof; and
(iii) All Excerpting shall maintain the editorial integrity of the health information contained in the Content from which the Excerpt was taken or created.
Excerpts. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Licensor (and its affiliates) shall not, and shall not license or permit any third party to, license, exhibit, distribute, transmit, display or otherwise exploit any excerpts of any such Included Programs (including each episode thereof, if applicable) in the Territory unless solely for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes, and only to the extent that such excerpts, when taken together, would not constitute a significant portion of such Included Program (and episode thereof, if applicable).
Excerpts. The Authority may take excerpts from the musical elements of a program in which a musician has participated, for use in another program, upon payment to the musician of a fee equal to the scale rate payable for the same service as in the original program, but applicable to the length of the new program in which it is to be used. Such payment shall entitle the Authority to use rights which would apply if the musician had actually performed for the new program.
Excerpts. 9.1 Use of excerpts from any game that are used in future titles of that game shall follow the guidelines outlined in Article A3301 of the BCMPA.
9.2 For greater certainty, Excerpts as provided for in the BCMPA, Article A3301 (b), include:
a) recaps, previews or teasers within a series of games, if any;
b) use of Excerpts for the purpose of:
i) advertising or promoting future games in any media, including multimedia devices, theatres, television and Internet;
ii) in awards programs, and
iii) in magazines and programs related to multimedia games. It does not include excerpts used to promote services or products other than the Video Game Production.
Excerpts. During the Distribution Period, Audible will have the right to make, use and distribute excerpts from the Audiobook in the Territory in any media now known or hereafter invented for purposes of advertising and promoting the Audiobook. Such excerpts will be created by Audible and will not exceed 5 minutes in length or 10% of the total duration of the finished Audiobook, whichever is longer, and will be a verbatim excerpt from the Audiobook (each, an “Audible Excerpt”). Audible grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non- sublicensable license to use any Audible Excerpt solely online on a website for purposes of promoting the Audiobook. You may not email an Audible Excerpt to third parties or otherwise provide an Audible Excerpt to third parties in any format without the prior written consent of Audible. If you want to use an Audible Excerpt you may request that Audible send you an Audible Excerpt by emailing xxxx@xxx.xxx. Title to the digital file containing an Audible Excerpt will pass to you upon transmission by Audible. You may use any Audible Excerpt and any excerpts you create from the Audiobook to promote the Audiobook, but you may not promote Audible, ACX or the Audible service without the prior written consent of Audible.
Excerpts. A still frame or a selection from a larger recording that illustrates a particular point or demonstrates a finding. Typically no more than a few seconds or minutes in length, substantially less than the full length of a recording. Investigators or affiliates may select segments of a recording as an excerpt for informational or educational purposes if the depicted individuals have granted appropriate release level for using selected excerpts. Assets or parts of an asset (video clip) highlighted by the investigator to feature on the volume page Collections of information that might be used singly or in combination to determine the identity of research participants or other individuals depicted in recordings or data.
