Rights Holder will provide Babelcube a verbatim excerpt of the Translated Book not exceeding 10 pages in length or 10% of the total page count of the finished Translated Book, whichever is longer. During the Distribution Period, Babelcube will have the right to use, reproduce, display and distribute such excerpt or any other excerpts from the Translated Book in any media now known or hereafter invented for purposes of advertising and promoting the Translated Book and the Babelcube service.
