EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION. 1. The Parties agree to exchange information and documentation in the public domain to the fullest extent possible on matters of common interest.
2. Where appropriate and subject to the necessary requirements, information and documentation relating to specific projects or programmes may also be exchanged between the Parties with a view to attaining better complementary action and effective coordination between the two Parties.
EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION. Subject to such arrangements as may be necessary for safeguarding confidential information, the Secretariats of UNITAR and the AALCC shall exchange information, publications, and documents relating to matters of common interest.

FFA and SPC hereby agree to freely exchange information and documentation on, and to keep each other fully informed of, their activities and programmes of work on oceanic resources, subject always to such arrangements as may be necessary for safeguarding information of a sensitive or confidential nature as agreed by the owners of that information, including the member countries and territories of both organisations. Protocols on the exchange of data are attached as Annex A.

3.2 The parties will exchange information on violation of rights of international carriers by the regulatory authorities in the territory of the member-states.
3.3 The exchange of information will be organized through established channels, including Internet, by placing information on their respective web pages.

The SEEHN and ECPD agree to exchange information and documentation in the public domain to the fullest extent possible on matters of common interest including research findings, presentations, reports and papers in the domain of human capacities for public health, mobility of health workers and other topics in the field of health, peace and developmentrelevant for the South Eastern Europe region. The research findings, presentations, reports and papers shall not include any information and documentation, in particular personal information, relating to beneficiaries of ECPD and SEEHN Projects, unless agreed otherwise between the Parties and provided the prior written consent of the beneficiaries are obtained.
5. Each Party retains the ownership and all rights in and to its copyrights, trademarks, name, logos and any other intellectual property. Either Party’s use of the other Party’s intellectual property is subject to the other Party’s prior written approval. If such approval is given, the usage shall be on a non-exclusive basis and the Party using the intellectual property of the other Party shall strictly comply with the written instructions of the other Party and with its guidelines and specifications. The SEEHN and ECPD may agree on a case by case basis on issues of intellectual property rights of joint publications, reports, research results and the extent of the dissemination of such materials subject to the prior written agreement between the Parties.
